Personally, I don't think they really compare yet. What is as important (or possibly more important) is the analysis software. From what I can see with the Race Capture software doesn't quite have the analysis portion yet. The total throughput on the Race Capture is not high enough for serious logging either.
Also, in my opinion, the use of a phone or tablet for the dash is not really a robust solution. The connector system they use is not as waterproof or reliable as other systems.
Compare an AiM Solo or Pista. The systems and connectors are all IP67 waterproof, use the same software, have large support networks, preconfigured sensor packages, etc.
The telemetry package of the Race Capture looks pretty neat if it works well.
