Agreed looks like a great deal but Allen - why a manual?

I had the (dis)pleasure of towing with a manual years ago when I was still racing and before I bought my DuraMax. The manual was fine until it came time to trying to park/place a trailer in a specific spot (which required creeping, etc.) or sitting on a hill.

The final nail in the coffin for me was trying to put my buddy's trailer into his driveway. On a hill, backwards, trying to get the trailer moved back 6" and every time I took my foot off the brake the truck rolled forward a foot...

No thanks. When it comes to towing - automatic for me.

I have the exact truck, 1999 and it has 248,000 miles on it. Best vehicle I ever had.
