As a PCA official, this sort of allegation concerns me, so I checked it out. Buttonwillow had a very small field this year, and the only car that comes near to this description is not a 7-cup with 991RSR bodywork, but this one:



The Scrut suggested he might want to get a new bumper. He was allowed to run, as he was the previous week at COTA.

Yep that's the one. It has a 7-cup front end....

Thanks for clearing that up. Looks like a Sawsall does not make for a 7 cup rear end.
