This is old news. If you look carefully, the cop places his foot in front of the tire. Both the driver and the cop were idiots. I believe all charges were dropped in the end....

LOL didn't know it was an Enzo, sorry.

If the cop put his foot there, the driver still make the big mistake of actually moving the vehicle when he shouldn't have... That is not the cop's fault.

where was this guy going anyway? You can only run over a cops foot if you're in a 911 because the weight distribution would be more accommodating.

Wait, that's a great idea for camping...you can sleep on the warm hood. I'll bet we will see someone using this idea at next year's 12 Hrs of Sebring. Although it doesn't quite explain why they padded the entire car.

I bet the cop has been living on disability and will be for some time...he clearly placed his foot in front of the tire(in my guess, knowing what would happen next). The driver is an idiot for playing right into the cop's hands...
