Wrecks and Collision.
This car has never been totaled, salvaged or in any head on collision. Damage has been limited to relatively minor side and bumper impacts. Some of these dents are visible on the bodywork. The front and rear bumpers were replaced before I owned the car. I have spent money on making the car fast and reliable and have not invested heavily in looks.

This car comes with a Complete PCA Race Logbook.

Pictures
Here are some external and interior pictures of the car

Here are the answers to some recent questions that I had on the car

How long have you owned the car? And why are you selling it?
I have owned the car since 2008. When I bought it was looking for a car with a great track record that was fast. The previous owner had the track record at the local Gingerman track so I knew the car would be competitive .

I am selling it because I currently have two kids in college so I haven’t been able to campaign the car for a couple of years and I hate to see it sitting in storage. In fact it pains me to sell it because I have over $60k in the car (and all the receipts). The last race I was in was in 2010 and I won at Road America so the car is ready to roll and able to compete at the highest levels of G class.

Any rust, leaks or accidents?
There is no rust or leaks. Mechanically it is superb. There is some body damage detailed in the pictures but the car has never been crashed and is straight, straight, straight. Since I have owned the car I have only had one minor bump at Mid Ohio that caused the dent shown. I have always prioritized investing in the mechanicals over the looks so I did not get it fixed. I just wanted to win.

Have you had a recent engine leakdown?
There is not a recent leak-down but the engine only has 43 hours. I can give you the name of a race shop that can do a leak-down and would recommend it if you are interested in the car.

When was suspension last refreshed?
The suspension was last refreshed by Hairy dog racing before I bought it. It is probably the only thing on the car that could be upgraded (JRZ or Motons) if you wanted to. I was winning races with the suspension as is so felt no need to upgrade.

Is the car still street legal?
The car is not street legal. before this car I had a GT3 and while it was a great car, you can’t win races with a street legal car. You need to choose racing or DE. I have always trailered this car to the track and at the track it performs very well.

Somebody asked why the deal fell through. The answer. he wanted to race NASA not PCA and decided to buy a car already set up with those specs. Cheers.

Something similar happened to me with my 993 - all set to buy, then he realized the 993 was too modern for historical racing.
I could have told (potential) buyer that if he had asked.
