Wow, quite the accolade Dave! I've watched some of Chris's videos from afar Down Under and in my mind Chris has always been top shelf in terms of what I'd describe as smooth natural born ability. I had a fun day with Dave a few years ago and if it weren't for the tyranny of distance, I'd be sure to link up again.
Great testimony Dave and good luck with that shoulder Chris.

You don't ask, you don't get......
At the MVP event at COTA last month (Feb), I did not know if I would be able to attend, so did not arrange any coaching. I was able to make it, and had a lot of fun on my own, but I was at a plateau around 2:29 - 2:30. Late the last day, I saw Dave in the paddock, and found that his clients were done, so I was able to hire him for the last session. While I think you normally want to have time to work on what your coach suggests, I knew I would be back in March with BMWCCA. I just got home from that, and am happy to report I dropped my lap times by about 4 seconds, with my best at 2:25.6. I know that Dave's suggestions were a significant part of the improvement.
Cars break, people get tired - don't be bashful about trying to get a coach in your car - they may have time available unexpectedly!
Thanks, Dave!
