Default Bad Daytona 24 accident
At the race, big crash between the Risi Ferrari and leading Gainsco DP Corvette. Red flag for a while.

Both drivers extricated to medical - ugly. Hoping for the best.

Ugh.

It happened right in front of me. Horrific. I thought it could be a fatal crash. Fortunately the driver was moving by time they finally had him out of the DP

I'm glad to hear that too, but I'm getting a very bad feeling about this.
I'm just looking for something, but no one is reporting and that is never a good sign.
Hoping for the best, of course.

FWIW, they took both drivers directly to the hospital, choosing not to stop at the track infirmary.
