I wish the RS6 would be available here in the US.

wHAT THE??? It wasn't even close... Could that be a tuner car? A stock wagon doing over 200? The aero drag alone...

Wink No minivan for me

Awesome

Ich liebe meine Audi RS4

It makes a great V8 rumble with 425hp (more than my GT3 Cup) on tap to all wheel drive - lots o fun

If you put a big enough engine in it, anything will go fast... I had an MTM tune on my B5 RS4 when I lived in Europe which eliminated the 250 km/hr speed limiter and gave me over 430 hp. MTM has a tune for the RS6 that gets the V10 twin turbo to 720 hp. Crazy!

I drove an RS5 Safety Car for the FIA WEC race at COTA this year. Wonderful motor and brakes. Too bad it was SO heavy...

Passing those trucks looked parked.

That is wild. I had my old Kawasaki Z1-R up to 136 mph (2x), many years ago, at night, when I, was much, much younger, and living in So. Cal...(Newport Beach to Fullerton) on the way back up to Orange county. That was nuts, BUT 180+mph, on a fairly busy road, no, sorry mine just aren't THAT big..........no way! 'Round here, there would, no doubt, be some schmo "hanging" in the left lane......screwing everything up, for sure....how the hell do they indoctrinate the German populace to stay out of the left lane, unless they possess a machine with the "right stuff?" Think about it, if the "dude" in the next lane (say middle or right lane is doing 70 mph), it is like he is standing on the curb and the bike (never mind the car) goes by at 110mph. That is freaky....but it must be an amazing rush.......perhaps the biggest thrill one could have with his pants on?

Don't you guys wish TX-6 was like that going home from TWS? On TX-6, those trucks would be in the left lane.

How excellent that you got to do that, and with COTA right in your backyard no less

Audi loves to race... they didn't have one of these for you?

Stock RS6 according to Car & Driver is 190mph. Add a flashing to the turbos and you are in the 200 range no problem.

That wagon is the ****. Wish it was available here!!!

Have you driven in Europe? They are seriously heads up there about staying to the right and passing left, they see you coming and move out of the way - nothing like here.... I never knew drivers could be so well behaved as I saw on their highways

That's madness.

The autobahn is one of the greatest places on earth. Took a road trip from Hamburg -> Berlin -> Munich in a rental BMW 320i. Have never had my foot flat to the floor for such an extended period of time. IT was good for about ~250 kph and got surprisingly good mileage considering the speed.
