Default 1967 911 Aluminum Case

Hey Everyone,

I need some guidance with my 67 Aluminum case. I'm rebuilding my 2.0L race engine this winter and I was going to swap out the current Mag case with a '67 Aluminum case I have. My question is around the value of the '67 case. If these older cases are worth a decent amount of money I'm not sure I want to prep the case for racing and build off of that. Maybe I'm better to leave it alone and sell it as is and rebuild with my Mag case.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Andy

They are valuable FOR racing, as they are stronger and will take high RPMs well unlike the mag cases. race it!

With the Mag case it's not "if" it's going to crack just "when"
Ike @ ollies is the right guy to prep that case for you but you better send it as he's pretty busy
and you might want to race next April
