We had the car out again yesterday. After a quick turn around to source and install a totally different turbo which included quite a bit of extra fab work, we made it to the last of our local club events. There was a bit of a buzz in the paddock as we finally made it back to the old club since 2010 and people were interested in the build. As you can see in the results, there were some pretty decent cars on the track yesterday. Paul drove it really well and even though he only did 3 laps in the heat of the day, managed to break the club track record by 1.3 seconds which on a short track like this is a pretty decent amount. We were also running too rich and down on power. R spec rubber too...although these new soft compound tyres are pretty damn sticky!

Well, that's definitive. FAST!

Great work, Patrick.

Here's a bit of footage showing the car from someone else's camera. From the 2.26 mark.
