Vettel is a very talented driver. Very few can dispute this but he is not unique or supremely talented beyond the others on the grid. Even fewer will dispute that placing Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton or Kimi in Vettel's car will lead to race wins and championships.

I'll go a step further and say that placing rosberg, Hulkenberg, Button, Grojean or almost everyone else in Vettel's car will net race wins. These guys are so very close in times and talent that it's the car that produces teh wins.

Championships are harder to come by than plain wins and as 993 says, it takes an entire team and luck to win the championship. This is where Vettel has learned to be a champion and it shows in the way he focuses off season and in season with training and testing. He's also very ruthless to the point where he disobeyed direct team orders and passed Webber.

Do I think that he or RBR is cheating? Maybe cheating is too harsh a word, but they are skirting the rules in a manner that they do not want to place the "noise making" device on Mark Webber's car who will not be with team next year.
