So on my way to work this morning I took a different route and I noticed a sign on an open lot about a garage condo being built, a little googling and it's the same company that build the one in Minneapolis.

144 of 148 sold is in Minneapolis. I have one and like it. Some are over the top fancy mini museums and others are nice storage and work areas (mine).

There is also a Kansas City one going up.

I spoke with Bruno Silikowski this AM, the developer of the various Automotorplex properties in the Twin Cities, KC and Naperville and he told me that they are likely going to develop similar projects in several other metropolitan areas.
The interesting thing about the Twin Cities motorplex is that they have made the club house available for various car clubs in the area, plus host Cars and Coffee on the first Saturday of the warm weather months and other events during the year. The Cars and Coffee Saturdays get huge turnouts.
Many of the units are very nicely set up, with kitchens and full bathrooms and other accoutrements........
