GoDaddy is in the final year of its IndyCar contract with Andretti Autosport and driver James Hinchcliffe, and its NASCAR deal with Danica Patrick expires after the 2014 season. Blake Irving, the new CEO of GoDaddy, is eyeing an Aug. 15 deadline, when Hinchcliffe can negotiate with other IndyCar teams about his future.

Not to worry.
I am sure there are other sponsors already lined up fighting to sponsor Danica in NASCAR.
Go Daddy will quickly be forgotten in NASCAR.

feel bad for what this could mean for Hinch.
interesting to note that the CEO was very interested in exposure/reach/social media and not on-track results. hint to all you kids out there wanting to be racing drivers

Hitch (and IndyCar) needs GoDaddy.
Danica will be better off without them and has 20 better offers.
Social media reach is the new hot marketing darling but GoDaddy will learn (like many other companies) that conversion of impressions to sales is what really matters and social media still sucks at finding actual buyers.
