Featherlite 28.... should I?
Currently have a 20' Featherlite enclosed. Getting a wee bit cramped for race weekends.
Have a line on a cherry 28' with 7' height (standard is 6'6") for very reasonable money.
Should I...? Anyone had one?
Was thinking 24' for best compromise of space and maneuverability.

Featherlites are superior. V nose I assume? If so, with cabinets like extra 2-3 feet. Little details like angled inner fender box....

28 foot is perfect length for 1 car, cabinets and parts. Not sure if a cart would fit.
Depends on cabinets.
Hopefully triple axle then it will be a dream to pull.

Charlie,
Yes, clutch sorted...replaced. Apparently, the RS clutch is known to fail, and when removed, it was the case. I really liked that event at Mosport. What a nice group! And what a great track!!

No need for a DWB with a 28' Featherlite - at all. Look into a set of Equalizer brand swaybars, all you need.
But a 2500 diesel is indeed a wonderful thing.
With cabs, I doubt a cart would fit.
