3M Paint Defender/Track Car?
Has anyone used this new 3M product on a track car? I am tired of the two hour tape job before every event. I am looking for an alternative......

never heard of it, but generally 3M products are legit. if you try it, do a DIY thread please!
alternatively you could do traditional clear film with a thicker gauge (.5mm vs .3mm, IIRC)
or just leave the car alone and enjoy the patina

I was just talking to someone about this at the track this weekend. He's used it on his son's car and claimed very good results. I'm going to try some next time I'm out, but I'm still considering wrapping the lower rockers and front with a film.

Also, I like the fact that this product can be easily removed.
