So here is what I am tracking so far:
1. New ball joints (upper and lower)
2. New control arm bushings (upper and lower)
3. New shocks (probably Rancho maybe Bilstien)
4. New springs (no brand yet)
Maybes:
5. New steering box (Red Head)
6. New steering stabilizer (does any one know the advantages to a duel versus a single?)
7. New tie rods and drag links
8. New U-joints
Can anyone think of anything else?

Its a known wear item - especially if you are going off road or plowing. Easy enough to fix. You don't have to put fancy up market parts on. Just repair the ***** joints and whatever has gotten loose.

Steering stabilizer.
I replaced mine that was original at 212K. The one that came off was totally shot. New one was some good brand name. Can't remember which exactly. Didn't change much really. Told it's more noticeable on bigger tired trucks compared to stock sizes. That being said it's a really easy swap and not much money.

Looks like a good list.
If the truck is in good shape otherwise it's money well spent. But I'm cheap. My 06 Titan has 180k on it. Doesn't use any oil and no leaks.
I'm probably going to spring for a diesel pepper sooner than later but I'm still keeping this thing.

If you have an excuse to be east of Atlanta I highly recommend lead foot diesel performance. They know their stuff, good prices and fast turnaround. They pulled the cab off my high mileage 6.4 f350 for a warped exhaust manifold. Good guys...
