Default Help Choose Tire Pyrometer

I sense a slippery slope

So I was thinking about what mods give the biggest bang for the buck for DE's and decided to start with a tire pyrometer. At this point, I just want to benchmark my bone stock 997 as I contemplate future mods. Anyone have any recommendations and/or comments on these? TIA, Dave

I bought one of these when my son was racing ... it replaced all my other Longacre tire gauges. Fantastic piece of equipment

I chose the Longacre because if I broke the tip, chances are the track pro-shop will have a replacement.

I have this Longacre Accutech Deluxe Model with case for sale. It is new and never used. This was my spare. The Longacre is top draw. The price is $125 including shipping. I will throw in a new 9v battery.
