Props for Stand21!!!! New IVOS Helmet with Custom Paint. I'm Lovin' It!!!!
The boys at Stand21 came through again!!! I have an original Porsche Motorsport suit that the factory in Dijon made for me back in 2006. I wanted to update my helmet to an SA2010/FIA helmet this year and Stand21 in Costa Mesa obliged. Kevin McConnell and Mathieu Hayaud collaborated on the design work based on (very little) input from me....... Think 1998 Le Mans-winning 911 GT1 - with the famous Porsche Swirl livery. That and a few pictures of the car and below is what they came up with. Simply awesome!!!!!! I can't recommend Stand21 enough. These guys are simply awesome. No affiliation other than I am a VERY satisfied customer!!!!

Mathieu and his team in the Costa Mesa store really know their stuff and deliver a high level of customer service. They are very personable and friendly as well. Another satisfied customer here.

After input to a fabricator/designer at the shop Peter Krause formerly owned and ran, I have my version of the swirls on file at a local sticker shop so the next all white Bell (Snell SA15) will get a set...

How did the measurement process work - of does off the shelf fit you? Were you able to self measure, or did S21 have your measurements on file.

Kai - they had my previous measurements from my F21 Air Force and used that as a starting point. They sent me a standard-sized helmet that they thought would be close, but they also ask for measurements and pictures. It was spot-on first time out of the chute.
