Not a problum Astro, I was just taking up space on the track. It took me till the first sprint to break into the teens. I hope some of you come to Road America so I can have a fighting chance. this was my first time at the Glen.

I don't know yet but it doesn't sound good. I didn't know it at the time but it sounds like it started in 11 or 1 and ended before 8. This is getting really old.

From what I can piece together, not even being there, it looks like it was the #86 968 of Collins. I raced with him in one of the sprints. Car was fast up the straight, and driver was very fair. Sorry to see him wreck.

What's this I'm hearing about a 14 car pileup in the later Enduro?

Sorry to see you had trouble with the car again. Also, need to fix your Go Pro so it doesn't wash out outside the windscreen. Set the exposure to Spot 3 and that will fix it.

Yeah, but then you wouldn't be able to see the OG patch so clearly.

Sounds good. I can bring to VIR like we talked about unless you want to get it in the car before then. Can fix the camera then as well.

Fun frustrating weekend for me.
tow up found that my trans had been overfilled by at least 2 qts on the excursion, trailer got a flat.....OMEN for the weekend.

1st sprint went well besides nto being able to throw down a decent lap despite being up front and having no one to chase....had a vibration taht was getting undriveable. But was 2nd over all and 1st in E...felt good

2nd spring starting in 8th....had a SHWEET start and was up into 3rd in E....vibration had gotten better after borrowing 2 wheels from John A. who had fuel cell issues and was out. Was in 1st in E and 2nd overall again somehow, double yellow came out.....start went ok then was dive bombed in T1 by a f class who almost nailed the 1st place car and cause a wreck just like the one that collected me last year in the enduro...
got into the esses and went for 4th gear....shift coupler let go.....i think you could hear me screaming at start finish. limped back to the pits in the 3rd gear that it left me in...got on pit lane and it jumped into neutral...which was lucky for everyone else to keep it green.

Enduro practice....car had the misfire issues agian....got that basically sorted (bad connection in the harness somewhere) and the nice dry and sunny enduro started.

got stuck behind a G car that was spitting ALOT of oil...my windsheild was covered and everytime i got on his bumper and started to pass i would loose grip and just wash out....2 secs back from him, get back on his bumper and same thing for 30plus min....finally spun in what i feel was his oil and ended up breaking my oil cooler...enduro done....

just ugh....
but got to meet alot more E drivers along with some others, met the infamous VR, and luckily the tow home was just slow and uneventful.

so time to start chasing the tow vehicle, wheels, race car etc etc etc..

anyways enough about me...who has vids haha.

Here some vid of the start of the 2nd yellow sprint. Started 12th but had the best start of my racing career ( Thanks to Mark Francis on the radio ). Ended up 6th overall.

I qualified 2nd in the first race but had an " incident " with another car in the bus stop which took me out early.

I hope you GTB guys start signing up for VIR
