I have an AIM Solo and know that I can press a button at the track, but figured I'd pre-load it with the track name and Start/Finish coordinates ahead of time if I could get them. Just one less thing to worry about when I get there...

Just use GPS Manager and enter a new track with the coordinates from facelvega (love those cars), then load it onto the Solo from your computer. New firmware allows up to 200 tracks to be stored.
Directions:
Open GPS manager:
* Click on options >Click on download latest AIM track database, This will add any new tracks they have added to your list.
* Click on Select Criteria and you can filter the list on the left by country and or the list on the right by type of track.
* 200 tracks is the max you can put on the Solo so have a few less that 200 so you can add a track or two onto the Solo manually at the track if you need to. 50 is the track limit if you have older firmware.
* Click on the New tab button at the top of the track list on the left. A window pops up for you to enter a track name and info. Click ok and your track will be added to the list and will also
appear in the window below the list. You can go to google earth and get the Lat and Log of the start finish of the track you want and then add it to your Solo track list.
* You can also add the track start finish by going to the GPS window on the Solo go to the start finish line and press OK and this will set the Solo for that track. You need less than 200 tracks in the Solo track data base to do this or less than 50 with the old firmware on the Solo.

Thanks facelvega - those coordinates look to be right on the money on google maps.
Thanks Peter - I just created a COTA entry in GPS Manager and will download it into my Solo this evening. Can't wait to try it out...

Peter, are you going to this event? Sorry, missed that!
I think all of you have OLED displays. If so, when the VVB gets a GPS lock, it will know it's not at Sebring, so the auto track map will disappear and you won't get lap times on the display or in the video.
How to fix this while retaining all the good info on your scenes is don't change anything but be prepared to "set" a new start/finish first session out.
Using the instructions in the manual (I'll send you a copy tonight):
Setting a Start/finish line
In the lap timing screen, a new start/finish line can be set by pressing the button.
To cancel, press the ▼button within 5 seconds.
Note: You must be moving >0.5km/h for this function.
