Default sharing a car for sebring club race

Contemplating sharing a car with a friend to cut down transport/support costs... with all the practice time, de sessions, night races, co-drive the enduro, etc, it seems that it should be possible to split up the sessions and still get a decent amount of track time. Anyone done this, and if so, how did you split things up?

I did a few years ago with a good buddy. I did the night sprint, he did the day sprints and we shared the enduro. We shared all the costs and had a handshake agreement that if he wrecked it he'd cover the cost to fix it. The weekend went well and we left with a great experience. I believe this sort of arrangement only works when both parties have complete trust with each other.
