Not all tires have wear arrows. As for your rollover to the arrows. It might be just a little less pressure or you might need to reduce front camber a little. Either way you need hot tires temps to help guide you which way to go. Or maybe you just need to drive it harder.

The arrow is where I'd like to see the abrasion line go down to. While I see that there is a little scuffing closer to the arrow, the "full use" (or actual abraided) area is still some distance above the arrow, which to me indicates you can come off further on the pressures slightly.
If, by chance, on a certain model tire the TWI mark is in the right spot to act as a "tire abrasion line", consider it serendipitous. It certainly is not the rule...
