I've gotten a lot of requests to post my video of how I prepare for a race weekend. Understandable since I am the Zone 2 championship leading SPB car presently. I do think pre-race prep is critical and my hopes are that the noobs to club racing will benefit from my years of experience. Preparing mentally and physically before a race weekend can be the difference between a podium and back marker. Learn from me:

How about I just run out of ice for the cool suit? I suppose not. How about windshield wiper failure? I'll bring rain-x.
And whatever ingredients you need for grid girls, let me know, I'll go shopping.

Actually I think you may cause some pretty bad juju with exposing these secret rituals... They have long been used to expel bad spirits having to do with the money shift, rod bolts, chain tensioners, d chunks and number two rod bearings...Better slaughter a chicken on your hood for good measure...keep it up and it might be a goat...(not that finding an old goat at the paddock is all that hard...)
