Patrick Long's NASCAR Debut @The Glen
I chatted with PL last night. He is checking one off his "Bucket List". He will be racing the #30 car in the NASCAR race at the Glen.
Teach those Good Ole Boys to turn right!
Both of us are in the same NASCAR fantasy league with some friends- I'm going to pick him as one of my Drivers. He better not be messing with me since I'm ahead of him in points

looking forward to this, as mentioned he's had some great runs in ARCA, the west series and Nationwide; hope he can keep the trend alive against the big guys.

Logano is a punk. He guest drove the whelen corvette and destroyed the car in practice because he can't turn right then he bitched about the back up car being a piece of junk.
Not a fan.

I'm a big fan of Patrick and want to see him do well in the worst way, but I fear the equipment he's jumping in will not give him the opportunity to really show his talents.
Enough of the drivers with the top teams have devoted enough attention over the last 5+ years to getting better at road racing that it's very hard for a ringer to come in these days and beat them in sub-par equipment.
None the less I'm hoping he can still make a strong showing.
