Must plan wisely as it during fall semester and we calculate it take 3 days from downtown Austin to get to track and 3 days back to hotel in town.

My father say we should rent helicopter for quick trip out to track and avoid horrible traffic jam Tokyo style. Who here know good helicopter service in Austin?

May want to rent a 4x4 and bring mud boots given status of track buildout.

Hope I am wrong.

It appear that you are right from research we do. Why the Texans build no roads to track? That just civil engineering 101. We look for helicopter in and out. Must find if landing OK there.

Eccelstone two daughters very bad girls. Appears that Austin track have eight helipads so our problem solved. This from local Porsche Club site.

"What about transportation?

Private Airfields are available in the Austin area

There are eight helipads located at COTA."
