Really cool news if you live anywhere near NJMP, they are going to develop a neighborhood of garage condos similar to those guys in Minneapolis.

Autobahn Country Club pioneered the concept almost 10 years ago..

Most of their lots have been long gone. There are some very cool structures there. And some incredible cars kept in them

I hope the Man Caves sell better than the Villa's. The new layouts and pricing for the condos/villas will hopefully bring a bit of life to real estate at NJMP. I noticed there's a Villa for sale by owner, not sure what the asking price is but I'm sure the sellers taking a loss on the sale. Great concept but tough to make the numbers work as a sound investment.

Motorsport Ranch in Cresson, TX, established in 1996, has been the pioneer for just about everything related to race track country clubs. They just don't get the press.

I thought they (NJMP) still have most of their $450k condos still unsold.

And I presume that the "Harvey" on the for sale sign is Harvey Seigel, so that's not really a resale, since he was an NJMP corporate owner before the reorganization. At least, that's how I hear the story.

Thanks Jake. I stand corrected. I know so many develops approached ABCC for advice on their projects, the ABCC founders started charging consulting fees.
