From Austin American Statesman on twitter:
"Just got 3-day ticket info from @CircuitAmericas: $159 for GA; $269-$499 for grandstands. They go on sale June 10."

What happened to the 10 year seat license fees that Red McCombs was claiming was going to be charged to buy a seat in the grandstands?

There are long term seat purchases/ deposits available. I think VR already got his. I liked the idea but I wasnt sure how many I should buy and I'd rather buy the individual events with the group of people that I plan on going with.
These prices are acceptable imho.

Not impressed with this event so far. Expensive tickets (even more pricey than Monza) and the info re. parking, camping, transportation is a joke. Hotels are crazy expensive ($499 per night at La Quinta!!) and parking will be limited (shuttles are the primary transport means), which kinda points to camping/RV. But there's also "limited" RV parking, no details til later.

They have a LOT of work to do for this event to go off well.
