a little research on Dmitri Seranovich will reveal all. Now that the Cote d'Azure is full of these guys, its become a place to avoid, sadly.

Not to take attention away from the dumbass blocking, but this situation was made worse by the lack of passing areas at Monaco. It's hard enough to get around anyone at Monaco, let alone when they're in full-block mode. Even backmarkers that are inentionally getting out of the way, often create passing problems at Monaco. It's the singular reason that Monaco is one of my least favorite tracks on the F1 circuit.... which feels like blasphemy when I say it publicly.

You have a very good point, BUT,how does one explain the ignoring of the Black and Orange flag telling the Turd to go into the pits?
They were competing for 11th place!
