i got mine in just about 2.5-3 weeks, granted it was a rush job (100 bucks extra i think) but they came in with the wrong front barrell as i needed them for a CR....he switched out the barrells afterwards and that took about 4-5 weeks shipping out there (i didnt pay for that) and coming back...
maybe i just got lucky, wheel is amazingly light, didnt have a scale but seemed lighter than the buckleys....both are nice wheels.
ive heard good thing on braid, i think 1552 down in florida (old vw shop...well they used to be vwsport) is a braid dealer as well and Brad is a great guy to deal with, tell him I sent ya and he will probably remember me.
Just checked and i lied they dont carry braid but do carry compomotive.
I wish they were less expensive too....keeping me from getting a second set....would be very nice to have two sets of wheels...

What do those braids weight in 15x9??? interested to see a comparison between them all....braids price is very nice though.

Mike at Body Motion has a real set of Fuchs sitting in the showroom at his place. If it weren't for the fact that he's already down at NJMP for the weekend, he could even have delivered them if I had seen this thread 2 days earlier. Call his office. Maybe he's got someone heading down Friday night who could bring them to you.

Real Fuchs 15x9 are too valuable to race unless you have a real RSR... also the offset is wrong for an RS I think, but thanks for the info!

I found minilite 15x9 for sale in the UK very cheap... some MISTERFIAT guy in the USA on ebay sells them for four times as much!!!

When I looked at Minilites about three years ago, I couldn't get the +15 mm offset that I was looking for. Maybe things have changed.

I looked at those and they are HEAVY IIRC. On my ST race car I went with Superlite) GTR's in 15x10 (From Austrailia). These were the lighter (Superlite) 15x10 versions for racing, yet still almost 19-20 pounds each.... I think I paid around $550 US total for (2)15x10's Shipped! I have 2 rear sets now.

No 15x9's though

Yes it looks like the minilites don't have enough offset to work

Those ST 15x10 look great, nice price too.

This post got me curious so I came home and weighed my Buckley (Keizer) 15X9, it's exactly 14 pounds

I researched a lot of wheel manufactures and some would make a very light wheel but the life expectancy was extremely short. It's always a trade off

Mike,

What offset do you need? I have a pair of Braid 15x9s (Fuchs look-a-likes) with ET15 offsets. Do you need the stock offset instead? Send me an email. If they will work, I can get something off to you quickly.

The Braid RSR wheels look best as far as appearance, weight, and strength (TUV), but the pricing is quite high.

I think 15mm offset is perfect for an RS/SC/ 3.2 carrera.

I will email you, thanks Toby!
