Default SD or SDHC card for HD Hero Camera

SD or SDHC card for HD Hero Camera

The HERO instructions specify a, " 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GD SD cards as options....what do you use? It would seem the bigger the better. Also "Class 4" speed cards for reliability when shooting HD video.

SD or SDHC card? Suggestions, recommendations?

I am leaving for the track on the 20th...so if you have a recommendation, get it to me as soon as is possible. Need to buy some cards.

I've used 4GB, 8GB and 32GB SDHC and go Class 6 or above, I've seen some pretty good prices on Class 10's now.

I have experienced some stuttering when using Class 4 that immediately went away when I switched cards to Class 6.

I use Patriot LX Series 32GB Class 10. Got from Newegg.

I've never come close to filling it, but I like the room and they are cheap...run out of battery first.

You will get 2hours of "ON" time at best. Buy a 2nd battery, extended battery or a way to charge it after every run.

I charge mine with a cell phone charger in the truck after each run and never have a battery issue. The remote push button has been great for starting and stopping it when not in use as well.

I have a second battery, but can lose my settings when changing it.

My Data Commander turns the camera on when I hit 20 MPH. Nice.
