So what are the maximums in terms of total cars and also the size of each sprint race group? Last year sprint race groups were about 50 cars, are we talking 80+ cars this year in three sprint race groups or will there be four sprint race groups?

This event has always had four sprint race groups and three enduro groups and there is no plan to change that schedule. Each sprint group will have two sprint races on Saturday and there will be three ninety minute enduros on Sunday.

Is the same "you spill one ML of gas during Enduro refuel, you are DQ'd" rule in effect?

I've seen the guys just beside us get disqualified last year. The spill was only a few ML. They were using those standard fuel jugs for the lawnmowers and ATV's and when they pulled out the plastic neck, the wind threw a few drop on the car and that was it.

So the answer to your question is most likely yes...

I use one of those quick fuel pump things, it's awesome, don't spill a drop.
Which, apparently, is important.

I just bought new jugs and the POS "VP Racing" cans dribble gas out the breathers if I don't take 5 minutes to pour them in (sometimes even that doesn't matter). What is the best fueling setup that eliminates the chance of even a tiny spill?

Frank - you posted while I was typing, where do I get one?

I've seen people wrap towels around the cap and breather to stop a "spill". I always thought the towel would make a nice wick or torch but what do I know....

I can understand if someone is slopping fuel all over the place but a few drops that evaporate in 5 seconds?? Regardless, it's the rule and I just spent $150 to abide by it, is what it is.

Speaking of fueling, I'm looking for a fireman, is anyone available? I will, of course, reciprocate the favor.

Cheers, James

Pete, you always have run one of the premier PCA events very effectively.
That's a big reason why this event filled in so quickly-great track, professionally run weekend. Everyone wants to do well here.
We all thank you-

John H- that's one interesting image in your post...
