Default Grand-Am 997 GTS - Who says green race cars are bad luck?!?!

We are almost done getting ready to take the fight to the BMWs, Fords and Chevys at Porsche's home track at Barber Motorsports Park next weekend.

The BGB green is back, but with DFI power and a lot of pent up frustration!

Hey John, sorry to hijack your thread. We emailed each other a bunch a few months ago about me buying Geoff's 996 koni car. I bought it and ran it for the first time at VIR a few weeks ago.

You were right about the car. it's awesome! both my tech, and pro coach are absolutely in love with it.

Not sure if I ever thanked you but wanted to make sure I did!!

Green IS good luck. And why isn't your avatar higher resolution!?!?!?!?!? (kidding!).

@ Chris, not a problem! I love hearing stories like that. I'm glad that you are enjoying the car. It's a great car that hardly ever got ran and someone needed to break it out of hibernation. Enjoy her. Post some VIR in-car!

Green cars are good luck (...maybe little bias). Picked the color because no-one up in the MidO area shows up with this color. Had several people at the track tell me I spoiled their new color plans. ...oh well.

Good Luck John!!
