Yeah, Seth needs to step back from the car for sure.
As an aside, Speed's commercials are beyond ridiculous. Stupid 'collector' currency, TV's for broke people, and Viagra. Even my wife in the other room keeps laughing at the frequency of the repeats and the lack of any kind of legit broadcast sponsors.

On the commercials, it does not take a PhD to determine the perceived 'demographics' for Speed TV watchers, lol....

Good race overall, I enjoyed it a lot. Was rooting for Leh and the Brumos 59!
The Lizards make being a fan a challenge... Funny, when Seth Neiman got in the car, I turned to Nat and said "This is not going to go well". Sure enough, did not have to wait long. Just like last year. I really don't understand the logic:
You field a good car (albeit not the fastest, this year).
You hire 2 of the best 911 drivers in Bergmeister and Long.
You spend a ton on marketing and visibility.
Then you ruin it by insisting you need to drive with the pros. Not in a second car, but with the single, otherwise competitive entry. Jorg's interview was priceless, when the race had been ruined, he laughed and noted that at least Seth was having fun...
What goes through his mind? Even if his car had won, does he think he'd suddenly be respected as a good driver? Ego can be a strange force...
Best,
Matt

There were two GT entries sadder than the Lizards... the #17 car and the surviving Audi R8. Every time I turned around one of them was off, had hit something or someone, and couldn't get started. Should be a rule... you only get to bring out two full course cautions - third one and you're DQ'd!

I get that Nieman is the money but he has got to step aside for the one car races. They were top 3 for HOURS until . . . .
Maybe this is wishful thinking but I would guess that the factory would like to see their drivers dominate above all other factories and might suggest that, in something like the 24, Neiman sit it out so the factory can showcase their product and their drivers.
Wishful thinking.
