Got info. from them a few years ago when they tried to get this off the ground. Have been getting emails recently as well.

Looks interesting but tough economy to try to get something like this off the ground. Looks like similar-type memberships are lower than monticello.

Only 3 hours from my door, not too bad. Like the GTx circuits but not big on that horse-shoe up in the corner...

If it makes it, I would enjoy the trip down to enjoy the various layouts...

IF they do it and actually have the pool, tennis, restaurant, walking trails, etc. it really isn't a bad buy for the mid-upper memberships.

Once I looked at the simulation it seems they add some elevation changes there, add to that the 40' wide track (everywhere!) I can see me dive-bombing Sean through there.

Join up Paulo, when i'm too old to race (some say that was 7 years ago) I will come hang by the pool..

My guess is they are looking for no-deposit "commitments" to see interest for financing reasons. Limerock is a perfect example of why I would never give a dime before the project is 98% complete. And I would want a 25 year db limit commitment from them!

Let's see how they come along in six months, a year. I wish them the best, but knowing what it took to build Carolina Motorsports Park, reopen VIR and build NJMP, I want to see something first.

At least AMP (Atlanta Motorsports Park) has got some asphalt down...

This is about an hour from my house. It would be great if it really happened but, I went through this about two years ago with the same track. I also don't know how they are going to solve the ingress/egress issue with such narrow roads from the main highway. I did "pre-reserve" just in case.
