Bunch of us went to a presentation for the club recently in 'Jersey. They put on a nice show, and the model of the track looks nice enough. It's just over the PA line, between I 78 and 80. The track is proposed on the side of a hill, and there's lot of elevation change that looks neat. Also lots of bells and whistles like electronic flagging and on-track video that don't matter much to my sensibilities. They claim they're permitted and will be ready to drive in '13.
Hopefully it happens, but who knows. This has been in the planning stages for years. Can the current promoters really get financing in the current world?
