Riesentoter Porsche-Fest at Pocono Sept 16-18 (DE on both IMSA and Double Infield)
JOIN US SEPTEMBER 16-18 FOR RIESENTOTER PORSCHE-FEST AT POCONO RACEWAY
One weekend, six exhilarating driving and social events for Porsche enthusiasts!
1. Drivers Education (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
On Friday the 16th, Advanced (solo) drivers are invited to drive the IMSA (long) course, running clockwise. We’ll be running just two groups -- A and B -- so everyone will get plenty of track time.
On Saturday, Instructed drivers will join us in driving the double infield (north & south) course, and then it’s back to the IMSA course on Sunday.
2. Autocross (Saturday)
On Saturday the 17th, our friends from Pocono Region are organizing an AX over on the East course. Those driving the DE can also participate in the AX for a small fee that will be donated to Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital, Danville PA.
3. Rally (Saturday)
Of course, September is a great time to enjoy our area’s beautiful scenery. So we’ll also have a Rally starting from the Philadelphia area, terminating at the track on Saturday mid-day!
4. Shine & Show (Saturday)
Rally participants and others – show off your baby in our shine and show.
5. Taste of the Track (Saturday, Sunday)
Friends, family, and those who aren’t quite sure they’re ready for DE are invited to Taste of the Track. You’ll see a tech inspection performed, do parade laps on the track in your own car – and finish it off with a few thrilling hot laps with one of our experienced instructors. Please arrive by 10AM on Saturday or Sunday to participate.
6. Pig Roast (Saturday evening)
At the end of the day when the track is cold, all driver participants are invited to a pig roast! Extra tickets will be available for guest and family at $25.00 per person.
