Escape from the long summer drought in Texas
Too many days above 100 degrees. Even May - which seems like forever ago - and September - which looms too far in the distance - can require gallons of water just to maintain fluid levels. Need a remedy for this summer in hell! What to do...?
Escape! To the cool mountain air of California. And work on hitting apexes, minimizing loss of momentum, smooth transition of lateral g's, looking ahead... well, mostly looking ahead

I think that you need a better mount for your camera. It seems to move around an awful lot.

Just understand that if you step out of line and get caught you'll be leaving a fair amount of your money behind to help us out of our financial hole.
Oh, and the condition of the roads here are laughable compared to even five years ago. Everywhere.

You're not kidding. I think the police in Carmel are monitoring those pedestrian crossings with lasers and slow motion replay. If you cross the line while a pedestrian is just thinking about stepping off of the sidewalk... it feels like you're in a scene from Minority Report.
Pacific Coast Highway to Big Sur has some particularly nasty spots, especially where the road is now a pile of rubble at the bottom of a ravine.
