Tony, the dash is a DL-1 but I threw in a G2X unit to get the data. Haven't figured out the other one yet.

Works at home!

Nice. It seems so easy! And your lap times are impressive. Practice makes perfect, is that what they say?

Nice going Larry. Appears like you could do it in your sleep. Nice car to drive by the looks of it.
Damn, 'H' pattern Cup Car, you probably picked it up for $35k. You guys kill me!

Welcome back Lawrence! You can thank me for you getting your mojo back so fast... I know you saw me behind you when we lined up on that first session, and I was pushing hard right out of the gate (figuring you'd be rusty and that the slicks would need some time to warm up). Good on ya, for spoiling my goal for the weekend

Talk Brooks into another road trip with the hauler next year. I know there would be a few takers.

Nice Larry! Looks just like my laps. In fast forward. Love the new camera. I'll send you that data file later today.

Larry, your link for Trackside Data doesn't work. I was interested in your system, do you have a website? Google came up blank. Thx.

www.tracksidedata.com should work. I just checked it. It is really just a starter site. The data was recorded using a G2X data logger and the video was shot on a Contour HD camera. It actually looks much better than it appears on Vimeo because I had to compress it down fit their 500 meg limit. PM me with any questions that you have.

Very nice and relaxed driving. You make me think I should have gotten a Cup Car...

Were you f.t. from trackout of turn 1 to the brake point of the bus stop?

A set of used Michelin N1 Blues.

Almost. I shifted into 5th just before 2 and just didn't quite floor it again until it turned for 3. Then it was wot through 3 and through the upshift to 6th. It was my first time out and I just didn't feel it was worth risking it on old tires. I have no doubt that I can drive it flatout once we put new tires on it.

Thanks Frank. I may only make one event this year, but hope to be able to do more next season. I certainly do miss everyone.
