F1 live Sunday
I will be watching German F-1 race at 8AM EDT on FOXDEPORTES, I get to see it live and listen to in English on F1 streaming live, gotta love technology.

or you could use a UK proxy and get F1 in HD from the BBC with choice of 2 commentary(sp.) streams, and the lap position display, whilst getting the F1 feed for lap times/waterfall/conditions. I find an internet aware TV and a 27 inch Mac screen to do the job - US hardware and UK software...
This way you have 5 screens to look at - 3 on the big iMac for the F1 feed, 1 on a Windows box for the lap position display from BBC web site and the HD feed goes to the HD TV. Commentary can come through the HD TV feed or the BBC 5 live feed. If you speak German, I advise the Austrian feed rather than the other offerings.
I haven't tried Spanish or Italian audio feeds, might be a bit too exciting.
With this set up, you are ahead of the commentators, it would be ideal for people to practice their commentating skills.
