Team HRG/RennTrack - Tribute To LeMans Enduro
Team HRG/RennTrack had a great weekend at the Porsche Owner's Club tribute to LeMans Enduro Race.
Big thanks to Hergesheimer/HRG for a great weekend and race.
We competed in the handicap group utilizing three cars and drivers for the 4 hour enduro:
#523 Oviatt
#423 Steedman
#393 Mobine
We qualified 4th and quickly climbed to 2nd place and held it through most of the race, until a couple 2-3 lap yellows came out and our competitors happened to be serving their time penalties during the slow yellows, while we served our when the track was at full pace. After we got leap-frogged in the pits we ended the race in 6th.
We are happy with the showing, and I thoroughly enjoyed driving in my first enduro event, and had a great team and support from Hergesheimer Motorsports.
