From the article...

The FIA will lay down a ban on DRS between two points on the Monaco circuit - distance markers 1350m and 2020m - which is the area around the tunnel.

DRS use will be free elsewhere and the overtaking zone will be laid out on the start-finish straight - because the more obvious tunnel area was too dangerous.

Whiting had said last weekend that he did not believe that safety matters relating to Monaco were enough to justify banning DRS totally at Monaco.

I don't believe there will be any DRS zones, at least not one inside the tunnel. One only needs to ask Alonso what a bad idea it is to try to pass on the dirty line inside of the tunnel.

Who can forget Alonso giving Ralf Schumacher "The Bird" seconds after Fernando drove himself into the wall. Everyone knows the passing zone is after you exit the tunnel in the braking zone before the chicane. Everyone knows this except Fernando. Of course Ralf wasn't the only Schumacher causing news that day. Michael tried to brake test JP Montoya inside the tunnel a lap or two after Alonso's accident brought out the Safety Car. Bone head awards went to Alonso and Michael that day with some people saying Ralph and Montoya should also get honorable mentions.

I guess they could use DRS on the Start/Finish straight.

Don't worry, nothing that stupid will happen this year at Monaco.
Remember that "with his salary and with the vig paid , the real show starts now..."
Funny stuff.

Look at the article Wayne posted....

I'm going to go out on a limb here and pick Hamilton. I think that the aerodynamic deficencies of the McLaren vs the RB7 will be minimized on such a lower speed course, and McLaren has one of the best KERS system going, which certainly will help. If Lewis makes a good start, he has a great chance.

Who ever gets to the first corner will win this race. Not necessary to be on pole but it will greatly enhence his chances for sure.
On that regards I'm picking Hamilton to win as I thnk he'll end up 1st or 2nd in Q3.
How about we predicting where MS will end up in this race? Top 5-doubtful, Top 10-possible, Crash -Hummmmm.

The Italian squad also confirmed a new structure for the technical department, with Pat Fry becoming the director of the chassis side.

Production will be in the hands of Corrado Lanzone, while Luca Marmorini continues to be in charge of engine and electronics.
