I've run both R888 and 888R, the latter being for dry use only.

To be clear, are you saying move left rear tire+wheel to right rear and vice versa, or flip the tire on the rim? I think the OP was saying the former.

I've flipped wheel tire combo from left to right. i.e. tire and wheel with "Left" written on outer side goes to right side.

Now that my car runs same tires at all 4 corners I haven't been doing this.
