Bryan:

Looking forward to seeing you, thanks for making the trip. It will be a great time. VR can give you some track pointers i am sure.

Enter the track through gate E and park wherever in the paddock (it is very large) except directly across from the numbered garages as those spaces are reserved for the folks that have rented garages.

Gas (race) at the track but there a couple of places to get 92 (BP) within a few miles of the track. Not sure if there is ice available at the track, dont think so. We will have coffee and doughnuts Sat and Sunday AM and a full catered dinner at the track on Sat. Concessions with pretty good food will be open Sat and Sunday lunch.

Best hamburger in the midwest is at Juniors about 2 miles north of the track next to the Super 8 and Subway. Good BBQ next door at Pat's Pig. For the real race breakfast get some Gonzo at Larry's which is another mile or two north of the Super 8.

I will be at the track from 5 PM Thursday (garage 33 , orange 930 #31) and will be running the test and tune/de on Friday.

You should have an email with my cell, if not PM me and i'll send it on.

CANT WAIT.

Prepare yourself for Alpha Zero. Any needs at all, let me know.

Regards

Bob

Doc:

You should have your lovely wife put in the order! Better chance of sucess. Right now looks like a possibility of a little dampness friday with sun an 70's for the weekend.

B - what do you use for data? I liked the track, it sandblasted the front of my car - very gritty dirt up there. Couple corners that can create code browns! After hours entertainment near the track sure beats college station!!!!!!

Well, crap... saw the weather showing rain all weekend. Im totally not prepared for rain with no tires for wet.

I guess Ill watch this week and if it changes Ill go but if rain shows late in the week, probably won't make the 7 hour drive. Gotta get my rain gear
