I was at a local PCA event last weekend with a raffle - the grand prize was a full day at the Monticello Motor Club - you can either drive your car or spend the day behind the wheel of a new 500+ HP Cadillac CTS-V - the fastest production sedan. You pick the day - week or weekend.

2 friends and I got tickets for the raffle together and ended up winning the grand prize. However at the end we couldn't figure out which one of us the winning ticket belonged to so we decided it'd be best to sell it and split the cash.

So here it is, for $300 + $10 shipping (it comes in a fancy box), or free pick up in Manhattan. Considering a DE day costs $225 and up this is a bargain.

 

I'll take it.

Worse yet. I just got an email from Ilko telling me that there must be some misunderstanding but HE SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Reading the thread it looks pretty straight forward to me.

Couldn't be that simple after all. I'm surprised there was a raffle. Maybe if you purchase a new Porsche or vehicle for over $100,000 you would get a day at Monticello as a perspective member.

 

I was trying to be polite in my message to you. If you really want to get into this check out the time stamps in the thread on the FS forum. The person who committed to buying it PMed me at 9:32PM. But I do take responsibility for not marking it clearly on this forum, I should've written "Sold to someone else." And for that I apologize.

 

Or you should have disclosed that it was for sale in the "for sale forum" (not sure where).
