Larry: when using the link Mark supplied, I found pre-order info by clicking on "Main Page" and then "ordering information" .
I tried to pre-order the hard bound version, but it said "sold out". I'm hoping it means that you can't pre-order that binding yet.

His website says that hardback will not be available until late April so that, I guess, is why he shows is sold out. Drop Chris and email via his website and I bet you can reserve a copy.

hardback copy
Thanks Mark for the glowing book review! The hardback version won't be available till the end of April is what I'm shooting for. I wish not to take any pre-orders until I have a ship data confirmed on it, but I am keeping a list of people who wish to be notified for the hardback copy when the date gets confirmed.
