Just like it says. I just don't thins $400-$450 shipped for a fiberglass roof from GTracing is a good idea like I thought a while ago. I doubt it is any lighter than a stock one. (Fiberglass panels from them has been crazy thick and heavy for what it needs to be) I'm willing to pay half that. I live in Houston.
NOT just the sunroof insert, but the full roof skin.. no sunroof are my needs other than that... Any year 924 or 944 will be fine. metal or scratched up fiberglass one you have collecting dust in the corner of your garage.. It doesn't even have to look pretty. It can be cut wavy on the edges.. I have a body guy. I just want this car back at the track.
If anyone has got one, or knows where I can get one from for that price shipped, please pm me, point me in the right direction, whisper secrets, I don't care.
Very much appreciated.
Bruce.

According to www.car-part.com, Manuel's Used Auto Parts USA-TX(Pasadena) 1-800-435-5748 has an 83 and 84 944 without a sunroof, but sometimes yards will enter parts wrong.

Thanks Kurt.. I will call on Monday. I called about 10 different places. I guess I coulda called 10 more, but I figured you guys might have one laying around, or a good source. I found one, but he wanted $300 for the roof. At that point I buy the fiber glass one from GT racing. $350.

Hey ask Gene, he has a guy that might make you one at a reasonable cost. He has been doing 944 stuff and may even already have a mold for one.
