Even Bernie will have a hard time justifying going there now... This is creating a political ****storm and I don't see how it will subside in 2 weeks (when the Bahrain F1 test is supposed to happen).

Interestingly he's also talking about axing Australia for the F1.

As much as I want to see them race. I couldn't agree more. It's bad enough when F1 Drivers/Team Members are mugged in a place like Sao Paulo, the last thing we need is to have an F1 Driver/Team Member (or officials) injured or worse due to the present series of events in Bahrain. #### Bernie Ecclestone. Someone needs to shove all of the money Bernie has made off of F1 up his ***.

Makes sense to me.
The Bahrain race should be canceled and replaced immediately anyway. The FIA should not be sanctioning a race in a country that kills people for protesting. Period.
There is no reason the race cannot be held, with all the same sponsors and media coverage (Bahrain specific sponsors notwithstanding) in another local.
But the FIA ensures you cannot contact them lest it be by phone, mail or fax... ie it will cost you money. Someone in the area of the address care to heave a rock with a note through their window for us?

Webber has expressed concerns:

I say F1 should boycott Bahrain until the government and protesters arrive at a peaceful solution. I realize F1 is not a political organization, but they represent huge money and power.
