I'm not much of a fan, but there was nothing on Sat night, so I watched the Bud Shootout. I thought that race was for Pole Position winners from the year before. If it is, what the heck were Michael Waltrip and Derick Cope doing in the field? One other thing, I really think this new 2 car Breakaways look stupid. I guess getting rid of the wings for the spoilers did that.

The two-car thing looked really funny. Nobody solo, nobody in three-car trains. Just a bunch of two-car units racing.
Also, I saw that they were running up around 200 MPH on Saturday, but Sunday qualifying times were more than 10 MPH slower. Are the ??? Cup cars restricted more than the Nationwide?

NASCAR is getting high tech. They switched to unleaded fuel and radial tires recently, then in 2012 they will add this new technology called electronic fuel injection. They also simplified the points system so the average fan only needs to have paid attention in 1st grade math to understand whereas the old system required them to at least have completed 9th grade.

Love the picture. By the way, don't google Cena Angle to see what the kid's Tshirt is about. It's something about World Wrestling, (WWE) when I got on the site, it made my computer do weird stuff. It got so bad I had to reboot.
