Yes, the new race car is a supercharged 968 engine. Not at all suitable for racing with PCA, but well placed to run with PBOC and NASA. I have it set up that I can remove the SC and run NA in about 30 min

I can't run Solo yet...so I'll have to wait a bit longer for AutoX and DE. I may sign up to volunteer...still need workers???

Does anyone have a recomendation on the local hotels? This would be our first trip down, my wife & 6 y/o son would make the trip with me. They would spend 1 or 2 days going into Atlanta site seeing.

Assuming they will have to drop you at the track and then head into Atlanta to see the Aquarium, World of Coke, Zoo etc. I would suggest Chateau Elan or surrounding hotels like the Holiday Inn Express at the Braselton exit on I85. If you rent a car for them another option would be to stay closer to the city, like Peachtree Corners, Norcross area. Staying there puts you 45 minutes from RA and puts them 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
