Default Anyone using a helmet blower? Trying to decide which size.

Since it's time to get a new helmet, I'm looking at the forced air setups. I already run a CoolSuit, so this is just for some added comfort. There seem to be 2 blower sizes: 105 cmf and 150 cfm. Any recommendation between the two? The larger blower would likely be more noisy, but I have ear plugs and a radio so the noise shouldn't be a problem. But is it overkill?

Here's the FAST unit I'm considering:

seams like an awfully expensive fan...

you could just use a rule marine in-line blower (with 150 cfm). Costs about $19, then just put a screen/filter on the input side and a 3" to 1.5" adapter on the output side... ba da bing ghetto helmet blower.

I have two of these blowing on my windshield for defog.

Default Cool Shirt helmet blower

Cool Shirt makes a helmet blower for $98. Here's the link.

Some customers upgrade to the 235cfm blower for another $21.
